I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Material Science and Engineering. My research project is about production of high purity silicon through metallothermic reduction of silica. The aim of this project is to produce high purity silicon but without using any carbon in the process.
Background
I have a MSc in Material Science and Engineering from NTNU (2019). My master thesis was about “Thermodynamic Study of B and P Distribution in Slag Refining Treatment”.
