Bassma Al-Jubouri
About
Bassma Al-Jubouri is a researcher at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. She received her MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Southampton, UK in 2012 and her PhD degree in Machine Learning from Bournemouth University, UK in 2018. Her PhD degree was part of the EU INFER project. Previously she worked as a researcher in computer vision at Bournemouth University, before joining NTNU as a postdoc in 2019.
Since 2021 she is working as a researcher to apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automate the evaluation and discovery of new lubricants.
Her research interest lies in AI, data science and ML and their implementation in practical and real-world applications.
