Bor de Kock
About
I am an assistant professor of cryptology at the Department of Information Security and Communication Technology (IIK). I'm a member of the research group NaCl (NTNU's Applied Cryptography Lab), which is a cooporation between IIK and the Department of Mathematical Sciences.
My primary research interest, and the topic of my PhD thesis to be defended spring 2023, is Post-Quantum Key Exchange and its various applications. Students at IIK interested in writing a master's thesis on a cryptology-related topic are welcome to reach out.
In 2020-2022 I was a member of the faculty board and the academic appointments committee at IE as an elected representative of the employees in temporary academic positions.
Before starting at NTNU I was a student at Eindhoven University of Technology where I obtained an MSc degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
