Background and activities
Background:
MSc in material science engineering with a specialization within "metal production and recycling" at NTNU.
Activities:
Currently working on finishing my PhD with the topic "mass transfer of Al and Ca in oxidative ladle refining of metallurgical grade silicon" at IMA NTNU as part of SFI Metal Production.
My focus areas:
-Reaction kinetic/mass transfer/thermodynamic modeling of metallurgical systems.
-Thermodynamics with a focus on activities.
-Nucleation and growth of SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 slags.
-Statistics in systems with low/very low sample sizes.
-Statistical analyses of industrial processes and statistical validation of mathematical models.
