About
My main area of reserach is thermoacoustic instabilities in air breathing combustion systems, studying the interaction between acoustics, combustion, and flow phenomenons. Thermoacoustic instabilities can arise in a range of practical systems, including gas fired boilers, aricraft engines and stationary gas turbines for power production. In my research I like to combine experimental work, automation, and low order modelling to study various systems.
