Main activities in my position as Head of the HR/HSE section include:
- Management and development of the expertise, processes and procedures of the section
- Counseling and managerial support within the HR/HSE area
- Organisation development tasks, work environment and recruiting
- Promoting collaboration between units and different levels of the organization within the HR/HSE area
Background
Masters in knowledge and innovation management from Copenhagen Business School in collaboration with HiST and HiNT.
Bachelor degree with emphasis on project management from BI.
Work within national development organisations such as Flytoget and St. Olavs Hospital.
