Heidi Strømskag
About
Heidi Strømskag is a Professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences. She has an MSc in mathematics from NTNU and a PhD in mathematics education from the University of Agder. Strømskag is a member of the research group for didactics of mathematics. Her research areas are teaching and learning of algebra, didactic engineering, and mathematical modelling.
Project: CiviMatics – Interdisciplinary mathematical modelling meets civic education (Erasmus+).
Strømskag is a member of the INDRUM Scientific Committee (International Network for Didactic Research in University Mathematics), and she is Norway's representative to ICMI (International Commission on Mathematical Instruction).
