I graduated from University of Oslo in 1992 with a specialization in European studies from College of Europe, Bruges. Before joining NTNU in 1996, I worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Energy in Oslo. I have over the years gained broad experience as a senior adviser in the Research Division, Faculty of Social Sciences and Technology, Division for Organization, Rector's staff, and since 2022 the HR and HSE Division.
