Lena Vatne Bjørlo is a PhD Candidate in digital marketing and consumer behavior. The focus of her doctoral dissertation is the influence of AI and algorithms on consumer decision-making, with a special emphasis on consumer autonomy and privacy. Particularly, her dissertation addresses how the negative consequences of algorithmic marketing on consumer autonomy may be alleviated.
Lena has five years of industry experience, working with financial auditing at EY and creating brand identities at ELLE mELLE, with businesses in a range of industries.
