Marcus Nikolay Vatne
About
I am a PhD candidate at the NTNU School of International Business, where I study the microfoundations of international management. My research explores how employees relate to different forms of culture – national, organizational, and professional – and their experiences of belonging and commitment. I am particularly interested in examining these phenomena in contexts of organizational change, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business and Marketing (Siviløkonom), both from the NTNU School of International Business at NTNU in Ålesund.
