Background and activities

Mari Ann Letnes Ph.D and Associate Professor in pedagogy and arts and Crafts. She has conducted several research projects related to children's creative work and aesthetic learning processes in school and kindergartens as well as children's use of digital technology in creative projects. She participates in various European research projects and research networks. She has extensive teaching experience from elementary school, secondary and teacher education in the arts and crafts field, as well as teaching at the university Faculty of social and educational sciences in the Department of Teacher Education. She has published articles, books and participated as invited Keynote at several conferences in Norway and Sweden as well as contributed to paper presentations at international and national conferences.
