Background and activities
I am working on answering fundamental questions about the generation and evolution of efficiency limiting crystal defects in multicrystalline silicon for solar cells. This study is performed through a unique combination of in-situ X-ray diffraction imaging and HR-TEM investigations. (Project INSIDES)
