About

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Computer Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway. I am affiliated with the Information Systems and Software Engineering (ISSE) research group. My doctoral research focuses on agile transformation, and my research interests include Agile Development, Computer Supported Cooperative Works (CSCW), Information Systems (IS), Agile Transformation, and Enterprise Solutions like ERPs.

Before joining NTNU, I worked more than 15 years in industry as consultant, business analyst and product owner. In my last position in the industry, I was head of the ERP Functional team and was responsible for implementing world-class ERP modules in a petrochemical company. Moreover, I was product owner for developing solutions by a low code platform that integrated with ERP system.
