About

I am Associate Professor in history and teach history, history didactics, theories of science and research methods at the Master's program of Primary and Lower Secondary Teacher. My BA and MA is in History from the University in Oslo, and I completed my PhD in History at the University of Cambridge. I also have a BA in Drama from Oslo Metropolitan University.

I am open to supervise MA students in history and history didactics.

Drama for historisk empati

Prosjektet undersøker hvordan dramapedagogiske metoder og tilnærminger kan brukes til å oppnå historisk empati. Det innebærer både utprøving av undervisningsopplegg i ungdomsskolen og teoretisk utvikling mellom historiedidaktikk og dramapedagogikk.

Prosjektet tar for seg forestillinger og fortellinger om samer og opphav fra middelalder og vikingtid i de sør-samiske områdene
