I coordinate NTNU's approach to responsible international cooperation, with processes, tools and methods to help us navigate. In this work, I collaborate with other units in the Joint Administration, with the faculties and with individual research groups.

My position represents a role in NTNU's central security organisation, with focus on research security. 

I also work on research ethics and I am part of the secretariat for NTNU's Research Integrity Committee.

I have extensive experience from the higher education sector and have worked broadly within the field of security. With a master's degree in organisational psychology, my main focus is on organisational development and on how each individual contributes to good security and responsible conduct in their everyday work and studies. In this connection, I also hold a part-time position with Sikresiden ( www.sikresiden.no )
