Renzo has been an Associate Professor of Occupational Health Psychology at NTNU since 2022. He leads the “MAD-OHP” research group, which focuses on modeling, assessment, and diagnostics in occupational health psychology. He has supervised multiple international research projects and (co-)authored over 100 scientific publications.
