About

I am a PhD candidate working as a part of the NOTRAP–VISTA Center for Norwegian Transformative Energy Policy Development. My research examines political conflict and public participation in Norway's energy transition, with a particular focus on competing understandings of nature. I analyze how political antagonism is rendered administratively governable through valuation and institutional procedures, how these closures are contested, and how these processes (re)stabilize the boundary between nature and economic development. By unpacking the socio-political dynamics of environmental governance, my work contributes to NOTRAP’s broader goal of developing equitable and transformative energy policies.
