About

I am a senior engineer and researcher working in molecular biology and bioinformatics. My background is based in developing next-generation sequencing (NGS) methods for challenging samples in various fields including forensic genetics, palaeogenomics and hologenomics, cell-free DNA for cancer diagnostics, and virology. Additionally I have worked as a bioinformatician developing transcriptomic and epigenomic pipelines in the field of DNA damage and repair. Feel free to contact me if you would like advice or collaborations in my fields of expertise.
