About
PhD candidate in work & organizational psychology.
Although my educational background is in clinical psychology, I have long been interested in the reciprocal relationship between individuals and their workplaces - how people influence, and are influenced by, the work that they do. Among my research interests are work-related distress, personnel selection, psychological assessment, and psychometrics.
My PhD project focuses on occupational anxiety - anxiety that individuals specifically attribute to their work.
Research
Currently doing research on predictors and outcomes of occupational anxiety - anxiety specifically attributed to work.
