About

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow, in the Department of Psychology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), currently involved in the Trondheim Early Secure Study (TESS). TESS is a longitudinal study examining how psychosocial development, mental health, and health behaviours change from childhood through adolescence and into emerging adulthood. My research focuses on identifying individual and environmental factors underlying the dynamic relationships between physical activity and sleep.

Trondheim Early Secure Study (TESS)

Started in 2007, TESS is a longitudinal study following a sample of 1,250 children born in 2003 and 2004, along with their parents, in Trondheim, Norway.
