Team Women in Midlife brings together expertise in health sciences and organizational development, both academically and methodologically, with the overarching goal of strengthening research that enhances our understanding of how to better facilitate a sustainable working life for women in midlife.
The team's research aims to generate knowledge on how different life stages—particularly the transition to menopause—affect women's occupational health. It also explores the individual, social, cultural, and organizational factors that either support or hinder workforce participation among women in midlife.
