Task 6.4 : Project Management

The major objective of this project activity is efficient project execution through good communication within and between all work packages.

It will be ensured that project is being executed according to project plan. Regular meetings will be organized together with WP leaders to control the progress of the work and to ensure cross disciplinary communication. These meetings will be online. An internal reporting structure will be established for monitoring of work performance on a regular basis.
