Call for presentations

Prospective authors are invited to submit the title and short abstract (no more than 150 words) in English to Prof. Pshem Kowalczuk by email: pshem.kowalczuk@ntnu.no by March 15, 2024.

All accepted abstracts will be presented during in-person technical sessions. All presenting authors are required to register, pay and attend the conference.

International delegates

Some people can visit Norway without a visa, but most people from countries outside the EU/EEA must apply for a visitor's visa, which is valid for 90 days and allows entry to all Schengen countries. We encourage international attendees to look up the potential visa requirements and apply very soon, if mandatory.
