The department of circulation and medical imaging offers projects and master thesis topics and supplementary specialization courses for technology students of most of the different technical study programs at NTNU.

The offered courses and topics are closely related to the ongoing ultrasound technology research at the department. This makes it possible to offer interesting and varying topics to the candidates and ensures thorough supervision by the academic staff.

The ultrasound research group collaborates with clinical as well as academic and industrial partners to secure  relevance and quality for patient and medical personell. For students this is a unique possibility to gain a wide insight in research and development within medical technology.
