About us

The Teaching Support Centre develops and provides support for learning at NTNU and directs its activity at employees who participate in or facilitate teaching. We are part of NTNU Teacing Exellence and report to the Steering Group consisting of the Vice President for Education and Head of Studies.

The Teaching Support Centre is organized as a virtuel centre with 7 full time employees and a large group of collaboration partnes in NTNUs organisation. Together we want to support:

  • Guide you to the correct learning support unit
  • Provide advice and suggestions on the pedagogical use of technology in teaching.
  • Facilitate the development of competence in the use of tools and other resources.
  • Create meeting points and initiate motivational measures to promote the development of tuition and learning.
