Athletes

A close and formal collaboration with The Norwegian Olympic Sports Center, Region Mid-Norway ensures that the main research areas are targeted towards addressing the main issues in best practice and that the research is done on current and future elite athletes.

Currently we perform research on these athletes:

A-team athletes in:

  • Cross country skiing
  • Ski jumping
  • Nordic combined
  • Handball
  • Soccer (female team)
  • Athletics, sprint
  • Rowing
  • Ice sledge hockey

Athletes at a regional level:

  • Trønderhopp (NSF regional team ski jumping)
  • Team Veidekke Midt-Norge (NSF regional team cross country skiing)
  • Granåsen Skiteam (NSF regional team Nordic combined)
  • Byåsen Handball

Athletes at the various high schools with elite sports specialization in Central Norway.
