This programme is meant for Scandinavian speaking students.


Modern data solutions – from your mobile apps to large systems that are critical to business operations –are connected to the Internet. The internet is a hostile environment where attacks are launched all the time. How do data networks and data processing systems manage to provide stable deliveries under such conditions? For the great majority of enterprises, it is essential that the digital infrastructure works. On completion of this programme you will be in. a position to ensure that it does.

This course of study will provide you with a much sought-after competence in the field of cyber security, robust data networks and modern IT operations with virtualization and sky solutions; this is very much in demand on the labour market.

The programme will provide you with the practical skills within infrastructure and security demanded by the labour market. You will learn how to plan and realize virtual assemblies of machinery, interpret the threat situation and become good at monitoring and security.

Language of instruction: Norwegian

You have to meet the Norwegian language requirements, or have a Scandinavian language as your mother tongue, if you want to  apply to any of NTNU's degree programmes.

You also must meet the basic requirement for admission, and demonstrate that you meet the English language requirements.

The application deadline for the programme is April 15th. Students apply through Samordna Opptak.
