About the course

Course content

In this course, students will have an internship in an organization. Through the internship students will apply knowledge that they have acquired in earlier semesters. Through authentic work tasks, reflection and guidance, the students will acquire an understanding of methods, problems to be addressed, processes and tools in working life relevant to the field of study. In the seminars, innovation processes in organizations, project management in creative teams and reflection upon competence and career develeopment will be a central topics.

A subject-specific course component related to the students study program will be included in the course.

Learning methods and activities

The main activity in the course is the internship in an organization that is relevant for the study program. In addition, there will be mandatory seminars together with students in other internships and mandatory assignments.

Admission to a programme of study is required:
Business Administration (BØA)
Marketing, Innovation and Management (359ML)

Required previous knowledge

The same as for the study program. The admission is restricted. Students will apply for admission and be accepted through a hiring process.
