Course content
A workplace may be described as an arena for communication where different tasks and projects need to be solved through or by means of communication.
The aim of this course is to give students insight into communicative patterns, processes and challenges in life at work. It gives insight into how communication patterns in the workplace contribute toward including and excluding, toward creating hierarchies or diminishing these. Such knowledge is a central premise for handling diversity and patterns of interaction in new and productive ways.
