About the course
Course content
The further education "Learning in teams" is a practically oriented course. Teams are a central unit in the business - not only for production and delivery, but also as an engine for learning, knowledge transfer and well-being. A well-functioning team constitutes the company's learning muscle, where competence sharing plays a crucial role in organizational learning.
The course combines a thorough theoretical introduction to teamwork and competence development with practical exercises based on the course participants' everyday work. Through the exchange of experience, research-based teaching and targeted supervision, you will gain tools to lead and contribute effectively in teams. You will learn to build a learning culture where new knowledge is translated into practice - an essential skill in your everyday work.
THE COURSE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR THE CONTINUING EDUCATION MARKET, AND IS NOT AN OPEN PROGRAMME/COURSE FOR OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
