Course content
The course addresses how AI (in the form of a large language model) can be integrated into teamwork to achieve maximum efficiency and quality in the work. It will cover how the technology works (and doesn't work), use cases and perspectives. This will be connected to teamwork and development in general, as well as team leadership.
Learning outcome
Knowledge:
- The student has knowledge of different AI tools and their areas of application in team and leadership development
- The student understands how AI can support communication, collaboration and decision-making processes in teams
- The student is familiar with ethical challenges and limitations in the use of AI in leadership and team contexts
- The student has an overview of research- and experience-based knowledge about AI-supported organizational development
Skills:
- The student can apply relevant AI tools to analyze team dynamics and identify areas for development
- The student can use AI to prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops and development processes
- The student can critically assess AI-generated advice and adapt these to specific team and leadership contexts
- The student can design and implement AI-supported interventions for team and leadership development
General competence:
- The student can reflect on how AI affects the leadership role and team dynamics
- The student can communicate about opportunities and challenges of AI use to different stakeholders
- The student can develop a responsible and ethical approach to the implementation of AI in development work
- The student can integrate AI tools in his/her own practice as a leader or team developer in an appropriate way
