About the course

Course content

The master thesis is an independent scientific investigation into a subject chosen by the student him/herself. The scope of the thesis is 80-100 pages. Tutorials are obligatory during the work on the master thesis. They ensure that the student has the necessary skills and involve the supervision necessary when gathering and processing data.

Learning outcome

Through in-depth studies and independent research work the students will gain practice in methodical and systematic work on an autonomous problem within foreign language didactics.

Learning methods and activities

Compulsory seminars where students present and discuss their work. Participation in seminars will have to be approved and all exams completed before submitting the master thesis.
