About
About the course
Course content
This course provides an introduction to methods and techniques for introducing digital technology in organizations. It includes systems engineering and principles of iterative, incremental, and agile system development. Furthermore, the course focuses on enterprise modeling as a method to achieve a comprehensive understanding of an organization’s structures and processes, as well as a technique for IT-supported process improvement. Participants will learn about 4EM as a method for enterprise modeling and RIS (Roles In Collaboration) as a methodology for process development. They will also be introduced to the use of the RIS technique to create graphical models of processes, specifically a model of the process’s workflow and information flow.
