The course covers important discussions and challenges in Nordic and international research on gender. The exact content will vary.

Students who would rather acquire 10 study points may choose KULT8874 where a larger term paper is required.

Learning outcome

The candidate has knowledge of important discussions and challenges in Nordic and international research in gender studies.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures/seminars or an individually chosen topic with supervision. Essay (3000-4000 words). The course may be offered as part of a national cooperation.
