About the course

Course content

The course provides a basic introduction to the practical use of tools and equipment, as well as basic health, safety and environmental (HSE) for work in workshops and laboratories. Students learn about the correct handling of machines, tools and materials, and gain knowledge of safety procedures and protective equipment.

  • Understand basic HSE principles for workshop and laboratory work.
  • Know the correct use of equipment and tools for practical tasks.

  • Be able to perform simple practical operations safely.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement necessary safety measures.
