Course content
The course is given every other year, next time spring 2027.
Advanced topics in robotics.
Learning outcome
Knowledge on selected research topics in robotics. Skills in analysis on selected research topics in robotics. General competence in robotics research.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures, colloquia and exercises. To pass the course a score of at least 70 percent is required.
If there are less than 3 registered students, the course coordinator will decide whether the course will take place.

Exercises from previous semester can be accepted by the Department by re-take of an examination if there haven't been any significant changes later.
Recommended previous knowledge
Knowledge equivalent to the themes of the courses TPK 4170 Robotics and TPK 4171 Advanced Industrial Robotics.
Required previous knowledge
All students taking this course must be enrolled in a PhD program at NTNU or a different university.
