Course content
What are the relationships between theoretical perspectives, concepts, and empirical and analytical methods in social anthropological research? Through course work, you are challenged to identify and problematize how anthropological knowledge is developed, from field observations to analysis and representation.
Learning outcome
Upon completing this course, you have developed basic knowledge about the relationship between theory and empirical research. In addition, you have developed basic skills to debate current issues in society and culture from an anthropological point of view.
