Main topics are: Uncertainty analysis. Concept development. Project evaluation. Corporate governance. Analysis of benefit. and cost development. Change management. Dealing with conflicts.

Learning outcome

Knowledge:
The candidate shall have knowledge about challenges in the front-end of projects, use of methods for project analysis in the front end and methods for project evaluation.

Skills:
The candidate is able to use methods for project analysis in the front end and understand how the results can be used.

General competence:
The candidate can understand the importance of the front end of projects.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures and mandatory exercises. In the case of a postponed exam the written exam may be replaced by an oral one.
