Course content
The course focuses on activities in the front end of projects. Concept development and project evaluation. Risk analysis. Business models. Benefit analyses. Flexibility. Cost development.
Learning outcome
Knowledge:
The candidate shall have knowledge about challenges in the front-end of projects, use of methods for project analysis in the front end and methods for project evaluation.
Skills:
The candidate is able to use methods for project analysis in the front end and understand how the results can be used.
General competence:
The candidate can understand the importance of the front end of projects.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures and exercises. The final grade will be given as a grade by letter, based on a written final exam (100%). In the case of a postponed exam the written exam may be replaced by an oral one.
