Learning outcome
Knowledge The candidate has basic knowledge within systems thinking connected to project and team processes. The candidate has knowledge of project management and project work. The candidate has knowledge of quality management. The candidate has knowledge of social interaction and team dynamics. Skills The candidate can work interdisciplinary with other engineers in development process in general and in collaboration methodology in particular. The candidate should be able to build and write technical reports and obtain literature needed. General competence The candidate has developed team cooperation skills. The candidate to assess sustainable solutions with respect of environmental and society impacts by applying life cycle analysis. The candidate has communication skills both written and orally.

The course has the following requirements to participate: The two first years of Bachelor's degree in civil engineering must be finalized. The course has in addition limitations with respect of number of students.
