After completing the course, the student is supposed to have:

KNOWLEDGE:

* insight into how a company can have effective and efficient value creation

* insight into how technology and people should work to create competitive advantages

SKILLS:

* be able to develope efficient and effective strategies for value creation

* be able to lead people in a continous improvement effort

GENERAL COMPETENCE:

* insight into the Lean paradigm
* insight of complexity of the work behind creating competitive advantages
