Course content
1. Base elements in surface modelling using SolidWorks 3D modeling program
2. Building complex Surface models
3. Scanning Physical models and convering data to Editable Models
4. Methods for Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling from 3D models
Learning outcome
The students shall:
- have theoretical knowledge and practical skill in methods for surface modelling
- manage digitizing physical models and using this information in building models
- fullfill a project using abovementioned knowledge and skills
