Course content
The student shall choose two elective themes of 3.75 SP each. Possible themes:
TTT14 Numerical Elmag and CAD
TTT18 Active microwave integrated circuits
TTT26 Radar
Learning outcome
Knowledge:
This course aims to give specialization knowledge in design of analog- and mixed-signal integrated circuits for a wide range of applications. The direction of specialization will be defined by the students choice of themes.
Skills:
The course shall give the student skills within analysis and design of systems within the chosen specialization themes.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures, self study, seminars. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
Recommended previous knowledge
TFE4186 Analog CMOS 1 and TFE4191 Analog CMOS 2 or similar prerequisites (see course description for 2011/12).
