Emnet er opptaks- og uteksamineringsmekanisme for Minor i prosjektledelse

Emnet gir studentene en forståelse av de økonomiske, ledelsesmessige og miljømessige utfordringene knyttet til styring av teknologiorienterte prosjekter. Det legger grunnlaget for innsikt i prosjekter, programmer og porteføljer som organisatoriske former, og hvordan disse kan bidra til å oppnå bærekraftige utviklingsmål.

Learning outcome

The goal of this minor is to provide students with a technological background with an understanding of the economic, managerial, and environmental challenges associated with managing technology-oriented projects, enabling them to analyse, improve, and implement change in their own organisations.

  • Kunnskap: Studentene har forståelse av sentrale begreper, modeller og teorier for prosjekt-, program- og porteføljeledelse.
  • Ferdigheter: Studentene kan analysere og anvende relevante rammeverk og metoder i praksis.
  • Generell kompetanse: Studentene kan reflektere kritisk over organisering, styring og strategisk utvikling av prosjekter i ulike kontekster.

Learning methods and activities

The programme consists of courses of 7.5 ECTS credits, taught by a combination of lectures and compulsory exercises. Compulsory exercises may be carried out as individual assignments, group work or laboratory exercises, depending on the nature of each course. Some courses in the programme may be project courses, where the work is organised as group work including presentation and reporting of the results.

The programme includes courses with various forms of assessment, such as written, oral, and take-home examinations, as well as compulsory project work and assignments. Courses may be assessed by using only one form of assessment or by combining several forms of assessment. The course description of each course provides an overview of the weighting of each assessment form.
