Course content

The specialization project may be based on the study profile Structural Engineering.

Learning outcome

How to specialize within a particular topic by using scientific methods.

Information and theory review, as well as combining this with theoretical and practical knowledge.

General competence:
Complete a comprehensive project, including to prepare a plan with milestones, point out results and write a report based on existing norms.

Learning methods and activities

Independent project with guidance.

Admission to a programme of study is required:
Civil and Environmental Engineering (MIBYGG)
Civil and Environmental Engineering (MTBYGG)
Engineering and ICT (MTING)
Mechanical Engineering (MTPROD)

Required previous knowledge

Admission is limited to students at NTNU's study programmes MTBYGG, MIBYGG, MTING and MTPROD
