About Albert Verhagen
I am HR manager at The Faculty of Medicine at NTNU. My main responsibilities are:
- management and development of the HR-department
- HR-councelling and management support
- Organisational development
- HSE
- co-operation between departments and development of administrative support systems
Background
I have a Master degree in Management and Organization (MMO) from TIAS-Nimbas Business School (Tilburg University / Eindhoven Technical University, The Netherlands).
Previously, I worked as manager / senior organization consultant at Rabobank Nederland (The Netherlands), and Hjelp24 Occupational Health Service (Norway), and Head of Administration at the Department for Civil and Transport Engineering (NTNU).
