About
Research
I am currently working in the sustainability assessment of novel feed ingredients for farmed fish diets as part of the CalaFeed project. Previously, I worked on the analysis of consumer preferences for fishery and aquaculture products, aquaculture farmers' perceptions of risk sources and management practices, and the economic impacts of severe skeletal anomalies in mediterranean aquaculture farms. I have also worked in the analysis of the determinants of port and airline choice using discrete choice models.
