The campus in Gjøvik has developed into a national and international center for education and research in information- and cyber security, sustainable products and commodity production as well as tomorrow's health and care services.

Together with Fagskolen Innlandet, Sit kindergarten, Gjøvik International School, Career Oppland, Mustad and EAB, forms the core of Campus Gjøvik.

The campus development in Gjøvik will strengthen the interaction between city life and campus, as well as strengthen the campus's place quality. A comprehensive campus plan has been developed that will facilitate good and comprehensive solutions for buildings, outdoor areas, logistics and public transport, pedestrians, cyclists and parking. The campus plan aims to establish robust and flexible frameworks that ensure that it can be operational and functional over a long period of time.
