About
I work at the intersection of governance, urban systems, and applied design, with a focus on how institutions shape real‑world outcomes across both human and environmental systems. Trained in architecture and urban ecological planning, I currently work as a Research Assistant at NTNU on applied research related to urban planning, sustainability, and implementation.
Before academia, I spent several years at Indonesia’s largest fundraising platform in a lead design role, supporting large‑scale digital campaigns, data‑informed decision‑making, and internal coordination. These experiences shaped my interest in how trust, participation, and institutional arrangements influence system performance.
I am particularly interested in institutional innovation, environmental governance, and practice‑oriented approaches to systemic change, especially in contexts where social equity and ecological limits must be addressed together.
