• Administrative support for the leaders, leader groups and Boards of NTNU NanoLab and NorFab.
• Secretary for the "Committee for Materials Infrastructures " at NTNU
• Information regarding activities with NTNU NanoLab 
• Edit webpages for NTNU NanoLab
• Organize the Kavli prize events within nanoscience at NTNU
• Arrange scientific meetings at NTNU and within the NorFab network
• Coordinate activities at NTNU within the EU competence center CC NorChip
